How do I find out my username and password for FME server web interface?

Hello FME Kings, Here is my situation: I have a script that uses HTTPCaller for geocoding in OpenStreetMap and MapGeoAdmin (retrieve coordinates from an address in an input attribute) and, sometimes, several "addresses" are located for the same input address which gives me a list of addresses (extracted with JSONFlattener). My problem is that I would like, in one script (and I've been working on this for a while), to stop the script and generate a dialog box with the possibility to choose the right address in a dropdown list like thisATTRIBUT ADDRESS ENTRY => CHOICE OF DETECTED ADDRESSES (combobox)  => "1, Chemin du Lac de Mont-d'Orge, La Muraz, Sion, Valais, 1950, Suisse"                => "1, Rue du Mont, Sion, Valais, 1950, Switzerland                => "1a, Chemin du Lac de Mont-d'Orge, La Muraz, Sion, Valais, 1950, Switzerland"... since, in an automated way, it is not possible to know which one is the right o

Hi!New to FME and just installed FME Forms on two different machines. One Windows PC - no problem.The other machine, an Apple Macbook Air M1 gave me some trouble.I've installed the version 2023.0.0.1 for Apple Silicon. After starting it and requesting a trial license, the logs give me the following errors: ERROR : Error migrating key storage from jceks file /Users/sverker/Library/Caches/Safe Software/FME/fme_publicKey.jceks Error while migrating public encryption key file Unable to read from file '/Users/sverker/Library/Caches/Safe Software/FME/fme_publicKey.fmeks', No such file or directory (Code 2) I can't see any Transformers in the FME Hub and I when I go into preferences and the "FME Packages" submenu (or some of the other submenus) I get:I've tried the full removal and reinstall, but the problem persists. I tried giving the FME Workbench application the Full Disk Access permission.Thankful for any help!

How we can read any specific Microsoft Outlook email and excelsheet attachment with data from email to add this excel data in FME Workbench to process ahead and generate the required output as reports.

When connecting FME Flow to Azure (Configuring Azure Active Directory with FME Server (safe.com) - the app needs permission to:Microsoft Graph > Application permissions > Group.Read.All, User.Read.AllMicrosoft Graph > Delegated permissions > User.Read However when using Azure AD and FME Form the following permissions are needed: Microsoft Graph User.Read Delegated  Is it possible to limit the FME Flow permissions to be the same as FME Desktop - or is there a reason you also need Group.Read.All and User.Read.All ?

Hi Support, I’m using FME Server v2021.2.6. It’s currently licensed for 1 engine. Our customer has asked us to add an additional engine. This sounds simple enough, however, the license key provided by our customer, for the 2nd engine, was procured from a different license vendor to the license procured for the first engine. Before I apply the 2nd license, I would like to clarify the following: Will the new license overwrite the existing license or can 2 different licenses be applied concurrently? If 1) is possible:Do I need to install a 2nd FME Engine component (i.e. run the FME Server Installer and select FME Engine only)? Or can I just simply upload the license file via the Web App (via System Configuration > Licensing > Upload License File) then increment the number of engines (via Engine Management > Engines)? Other than 2 different licenses potentially having 2 different expiry dates, are there other implications that may need to be considered? We are running 1x FME Serve

When installing FME Server 2022.2.5 b22795, i used the character '¤' in the PostgreSQL database password. The password was accepted and the installation finished without warnings or errors. Then, none of the FME Services would start. When looking for the configuration files, I noticed that server.xml was missing. I copied it from another installation wich made the FME Server Application Server start. The FME Server database service would not start still. After some troubleshooting, I decided to reinstall. When asked again for the password, for some reason, I used another password without the '¤' sign. After the installation, all services started up and the server.xml file was where it's supposed to be. I have repeated the procedure on a different machine with the same result. My guess is that the '¤' sign is approved by the FME installation program but not accepted by the database. I don't understand why the server.xml file was missing though.For english

Connect to our company LDAP service in the FME Server's Windows Authentication service with the Single Sign On enabled, bring an user from LDAP and assign the user the fmesuperuser or fmeadmin role. But the user gets this error when login with Windows Authentication "you are not authorized to use this web application". Did I miss anything in the configuration of this user?

Every week we have a field crew collect and add data to a geodatabase throughout the week. At the end of the week the Supervisor wants an excel spreadsheet of all the data collected in that week. I have a workspace that runs FME every Monday to collect the weeks worth of data. Right now, I use a tester transformer and I pre set the dates for the following week so when the workspace runs, I have the correct weeks' worth of data. We have field in the geodatabase that collects the date the asset was collected. Then I have task schedular set to run the workspace.  My question is, is there a way to pre set the dates instead of me re-setting them every week? I have tried using Datetimecalculator but I can't seem to get the parameters right. Please let me know your thoughts, thanks in advance!   

Hi everyone!In order to reduce increases, we want to move the FME Server in the cloud, currently on the AWS platform, to the Digital Ocean platform.The best options are installation on top of Linux.I know FME will work great with Linux, our problem is that we work continuously with ESRI systems (sde,gdb), and I know it requires an ArcPro or Enterprise license, at least on Windows.Is the situation similar in Linux?I ask, because ArcGis Pro does not have a Linux deployment option.Would appreciate help!Thanks!

I tried removing the root folder(system) bust it came back but still with no emailer packages. Versions of fme workbench and server are the same 2022.1 Can i manualy put fmepy_emailer files in teh map, as so where can ik find the files from workbench.

We have processes in place for ArcGIS Enterprise patching but none for FME Server.  Occasionally there is a hotfix that is released that is security related. Or last month there was an update from our vendor on their website related to CVEs and upgrading. Is there a central place that we can get this information from? Preferably without having to do a manual check on a website page etc.  I have signed up our support email to the Stay Informed email list on safe.com/downloads. Would this email list suffice or are there any other feeds that we could check in relation to security patches?

There are other articles about Microsoft Graph Teams but the configuration is different.In our configuration, we keep the default setting and I notice the grant_type=client_credentials. 1. Do we need to ask our Cloud team to grant us a refresh token & grant_type = refresh_token?2. Also, do we need to ask them to add the fmeoauth URL to the Redirect URI in the MS Graph App like how we normally do with other Oauth2 App?If these need to be added, should they be mentioned in the hub?Many thanks!

I have an almost identical setup for a different source file type (xml) and that works perfectly, specifically the automation says it ran successfully, the jobs run as they should, and the files are moved and renamed. I can manually trigger the workbench in automations by adding the manual trigger and it performs correctly.  I tried separating that one workspace into a different automation that is triggered by a topic at the end of the first one, that doesn't work.  I can test the topic trigger and that makes the automation and workbench run, and things work correctly.  It seems I can only get it to work by triggering things manually.It works fine on desktop. The paths are all UNC. I've experimented with adding the path to resources and referring to the location using that. When things don't work, there is no error and no relevant warnings.  Thanks for any ideas.  FME Server 2022.1.3Build 22630 - win64 Desktop Client is also 2022.1.3   

Hi list.I've just upgraded our FME Server from 2020.2.5 to 2022.2.2.I'm still using the 2020 workspaces, and I've noticed a changed behaviour.I did some test with Automation a while back, and thus have some remnant automation output features in some workspaces. In 2020 these worked well, yielding no erros or warnings, but in 2022 a runtime error like this is logged:AUTOMATIONS_2: Server connection error.  Unable to send Event to automation route 'Trin2a': { ..... }Why does this throw an error ?Luckily it doesn't matter in this workspace, but I have used Automation extensively elsewhere (nightly data-imports), so I am concerned about whether my other workspaces, that have active automation logic, will work?Is the error above just a disclaimer that it didn't run in a started automation, and so doesn't have anything connected to my "Trin2a" automation feature output, and warns about it in version 2022 (but not in 2020) ?Any insights about this is welcome.Oh well, I guess I'll see what hap

I was testing an email triggered workflow using FME Server Automation and in that try to attach a file from UNC path (network path) as attachment using Global Key to pass a value to 'Email Attachment ' parameter inside an Email(Send) - external trigger . However the workflow doesn't recognize the file path mentioned in my Global Key . Alternatively if I use a file from FME Shared Source Temp directory path ,the workflow runs without any issue and I was able to receive emails with attachment. So I am not sure using file UNC network path as Global Key in FME Server Automation is supported or not. Hi, we have a process that takes an email with an .xml attachment (generated from a pdf form) and processes the data to SQL. We have an email inbox watch setup to catch any emails that come through. What happens though, is it concatenated the email subject, the xml file name ans the directory path on the server together. But if this all goes over the 255 character limit, the process fails. We have found that some users are adding extra information in the email subject ans this is sometimes taking it over the limit. Is there a way to truncate the email subject before it hits the server and stop it from failing to process?

In other words what do I put in here, FME Cloud is a linux box so I dont think it will be an exe. Many Thanks for the help in advance!
