Hi, I have a report i make where from the data i get out the following (where / separate's attributes)Field / SubField / YYYYMMDD / ValueX / ValueYFor the last date of the Subfield, i would need a line where Value X and Value Y are zero - the end date is specific to the Subfield. Is there a way to get it to reach - for Subfield - find last date - create +1M from YYYYMMDD with X and Y equal to zeroI know how i would do it in a excel macro, but i dont know how to replicate this in FME /Emma

I got an error from FME 2019.2 and FME 2022.1. The error is " Python Exception <OSError>: Could not find a suitable TLS CA certificate bundle, invalid path: C:\\Program Files\\PostgreSQL\\15\\ssl\\certs\\ca-bundle.crt".Anyone has idea how to fix?

Hey all, Currently having an issue using the ArcGIS Connector when using FME Flow (or Form without Feature Caching / Counting on), receiving the following error below. Hi All, I have the following set up where / separate's attributes - where Value X and Y can exists multiple times within a month linked to the Item ID.Place / SubPlace / itemID / Year / Month / YYYYMMDD / ValueX / ValueY /  SUMXPlace / SUMXSubplace / SUMYPlace / SUMYSubplace /What i would like to do is after i have the sum per month per place and subplace, is to see the sum again of these sums on a quarterly basis - ie. Jan-Mar = Q1, April-June = Q2.So the final table would be something along the lines of this - to still allow filtering per place/subplace/quarterPlace / SubPlace / Quater / QSUMXPlace / QSUMXSubplace / QSUMYPlace / QSUMYSubplace /Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!/Emma  

I can transform 2D GIS into 3D and write to the FME AR format, branded Realise in Form 25.1I can’t however “inspect” a .fmear file in the Data Inspector.Is Safe software planning on returning this functionality ?  

My response coming back from the DV endpoint is different to the order of key value pairs in my JSON templater, why is this?  Is this expected? i.e we have no control?  

Hi Everyone!I’m currently working on a workflow using a dwg file (water system) to convert it into a geodatabase. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on the transformers and workflow I could use to successfully do this? Right now I have my dwg reader as individual types, leading into an attribute filter, and geometry filter (3 different ones- 1 for water, drainage, and sanitary). These 3 end up writing into the geodatabase. I would like to have feature datasets separating water, drainage, and sanitary written in the geodatabase. I understand this is a big undertaking, but any tips (or perhaps links to guides) would be extremely appreciated! Thank you!

I accidentally deleted the wrong automation in FME Flow and I am not able to see how I can recover it.

Hi, I have a list of 100+ WMS services our company is using in a plugin for QGIS. I’d like to publish these to our enterprise portal, and I thought the ArcGISOnlineConnector seemed like the right choice, due to it haven the setting:Action: UploadURL : WMS URL https://***.net/geoserver/dai/wms?service=WMS&request=GetCapabilities&version=1.3.0 URL Item Type: WMS ?  My error is :ERROR |Message Type: fme::internal::_v0::py::ExceptionERROR |Python Exception <TypeError>: expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not NoneTypeERROR |Error encountered while calling method `input'FATAL |ArcGISOnlineConnector_CALLER (PythonFactory): PythonFactory failed to process feature What have I misunderstood ? Hello fellow FME enthousiasts, We have been running into an issue when using the new Esri ArcGIS Feature Service [Writer] (from the new Esri ArcGIS Connector v3.13.2 package) to write to a Hosted Feature Layer on ArcGIS Online. The Hosted feature layer is created by Survey 123.Previously we used the old Esri ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Feature Service [Writer], since this won't be supported anymore in 2026 we started experimenting with the new one. When we try to update the hosted Feature layer with FME using the old one, all goes well, data gets written as expected and the geometry is visible.But when using the new one from the package we get a few warnings and no error's. The process tells us it's succesfull, we see the new records appearing in AGOL and the attributes seems to be as expected. The geometry is not visible either. When we try to zoom to a record nothing happens. When i open the layer in ArcGIS Pro nothing happens either when i try to zoom to layer/or zoom to selection. It's li

We have a job running as a stream, it is not using any specific stream transformers, but it calls an API endpoint and just runs over and over (~10s) as fast as it can poll the API and write the data. The problem is the engine does not release memory between runs, so it slowly grows and grows. And if left for weeks unchecked the server starts having low memory issues. We can stop and start the stream and it will release the memory back.  There is the server config setting MAX_TRANSACTION_RESULT_SUCCESSES which we have set to the default 100, but this does not seem to restart the engine and release the memory. Not sure if a stream just counts as 1 success so it never gets to 100 or what. So, wanted to reach out for any possible solutions for this? Only idea we have is to make and schedule a job that can call the v4 API to stop and start the stream every night. Any better ideas? Maybe some configuration we are missing? Thanks a lot!  

I have a job that downloads 7 text files from an FTP directory, and for the last 3 days, 6/7 files have downloaded but 1 always fails (the same one each time) with the error: Number of redirects hit maximum amountI am aware of the post below, but as no similar setting exists on the FTP caller, I’m lost. I can upload fine, and manually downloading the files by logging into the FTP site, or using a WinSCP script also works. The file that failed today was empty (0MB), but so are some of the other files it downloads, and yesterdays file had records and still failed. Empty files are not uncommon for this job, and it has never presented an issue before. This has started occurring since upgrading to 2025.1.3 from 2022, and occurs on both FME Flow and Form. This error has so far not appeared in any other workspaces that use FTP callers, even for multiple file downloads at once. I’m leaning toward this being an issue with the file, rather than the FTP, but I cannot see a problem with the file t

Using FME Form 2025.1.1.0, I have some 30.000 features that have an attribute containing a polygon in Well-Known Text form. Recently our network has been segmented which causes an issue with sending mail (emailer transformer) with FME Form from server X using an smtp mailserver which is in another part of the network. A firewall has been added in between these two. The firewall blocks mails being sent because fme form (20241202 - Build 24801 - WIN64)) supposedly uses an outdated version of OpenSMTP giving this issue: CVE Record: CVE-2020-7247Does anyone recognize this? It seems to be an old issue dating back to 2020. I would expect this to be solved in a 2024 version. I can't find anything in the documentation. Help would be appreciated since I know very little about firewall, mailservers etc. 

FME Desktop 2022.1 crashes when trying to read Esri File Geodatabase - Reader works fine with any other format including Arc SDEs but crashes when setting format to File Geodatabase and trying to browse local drive

I'm trying to use FME 2025.0 to create a GeoPackage tiles file. It should contain a few Norwegian raster products, such as N50, N100 and N250. The idea is to mimic the properties of the Swedish product “Topografisk webbkarta Nedladdning, raster”, in the sense that the Swedish product contains a single table in the gpkg file and it shows different raster data at different scales. I am having trouble recreating this with the Norwegian products. I´m stuck at creating a separate tables for each data set or a single table that only contains a single data set. This use case is not discussed at, for example, https://support.safe.com/hc/en-us/articles/37417604217357-Creating-OGC-Compliant-GeoPackage-Files#h_01JXXGG7338W04GD0DRBY7VJCV. I'm trying to setup the children and parents list attribute for export to CityJSON. Therefore I thought to use the listbuilder, but I get a different result than it should be. Hi  I have spent far too many hours trying to make the change detector dynamically pick up changes. The scenario is: I have 10 datasets that need to be compared between the original and updated databases. Each dataset has only a few fields that need to be checked for changes. These fields are different for each dataset. I have a CSV which is acting as a 'config' file and contains a list of the field names to check for each datasetI have 2 workbenches; the first workbench gets all of the information from the config file, then passes through the information via user-parameters to the Change Detection workbench via workspace runner. Even though I have created a user parameter for the "Match Selected Attributes" config in the ChangeDetector, I can't pass through this information via the workspace runner. It ONLY works if I run the Change Detection workbench individually, and this isn't linked to the config file, so it's not dynamic at all.  I got so frustrated

I have a workspace that is reading a table via the MS SQL JDBC reader and writing the output to an Esri File Geodatabase feature class. It works in FME Form. However, In FME Flow, it fails after the following message (not a warning or error) and shows 0 warnings/errors in the log:Writer `GEODATABASE_FILE_1' of type `GEODATABASE_FILE' using group definition keyword `GEODATABASE_FILE_1_DEFIf I read the same exact data in from a CSV file and write to the Esri File Geodatabase, it works in FME Flow. If I read from the MS SQL database and write to an Open API File Geodatabase, it also works. However, I need to use the Esri writer in production for updates due to some Esri-specific functionality. It seems that there is some sort of odd bug specifically when using the MS SQL JDBC reader and Esri File Geodatabase writer in FME Flow. I was following this article where i tried to create a WMS service. Everything works as expected in FME form. Using the OGC WMS (Web Map Service) reader i am able to trigger both workspaces and get the result as expected , in my fme server jobs i also see that 2 GetCapabilities.fmw workspaces are ran and 1 getPNG.fmw workspace. I tried importing the same WMS url into ArcGIS Online but i see that only the GetCapabilities.fmw workspace is ran and not the getPNG.fmw workspace. Does anyone have some idea over why the getPNG.fmw workspace is not triggerd by the ArcGIS Online client? Thanks in advance,Keller.
