Is there any way to sort/order records in HTML report generated by HMTLReportGenerator?

Hi again ,Anybody knows why when I convert a V7 map to V8 map bylevel , don't assign me the attributes , color , style and weigth bylevel ?? I'll explain , I have a input in V7 that I pass for a schemaMapper to assign the feature outputs in function of a values of the input ( the attributs color , style , level and weigth of the input) . In function of this attributes in the input I assign a featureType or other classified by level name , I inform the level code in the feature output and the attributes set_bylevel , set_bycolor and set_byweight ara marqued to yes. Also the parameter Write Tags in the output is set to yes .... but the process inform correctly the name level in V8 but not the attributes bylevel ...Any idea ???

Hello, I have a FGDB with a lot of (empty) features, and the features all contain subtypes.Now I want to create new features out of every subtype.Does anyone have a idea how I can do this?R.

Hi everybody ,I'm trying to translate a V7 map from microstation to V8 microstation map and I have a problem :The elevations or heigths(Cotas in spanish) that in V7 ara a unique element , are translated to V8 like a diferent elements ( Text and lines).Anybody knows how to translate from v7 to v8 the cotes like unique element ???.Thanks in advance for your help , regards !!

Hi everyone,I'm reading in a DGN file, but when I inspect/run it, only the paper space is output. Unlike the AutoCAD DWG writer, there doesn't seem to be a Paper Space On/Off toggle. How can I read in only the default/model space? Thank you.

Hello everybody!I just wanna solve problem with Z values (as stand alone entity), which I want to merge with attributes of line feature. My problem is following (please check the picture below):As You can see, there is text point with Z value, but their def point is totally out of vertex of line feature. What I need is to get line feature with 2 attributes - Z value of start vertex and Z value of end vertex. Is anybody here, who has solution of this situation please?Thank You so much!Lubo

Hi everybody ,Anybody could help me ? , I'm trying to convert the points of a arcgis map to cells in microstation V8.This points are in feature class with a identificative field for register. I'm doing the next one , the input arcgis is passed for a schemaMapper and in function of the value of the identifier in arcmap I give to the ouutput in microstation this attributes : igds_cell_name , igds_type and igds_element_type , but don't transform the cells , It stay in points in ouput microstation ...The ouput is generated with feature types by level name ....Any help would be greater , thanks !!!

I am using the latest FME 2016.1.1. I am trying to update features in AGOL and it updates existing features but it doesn't delete or insert new entries. Anyone know why this would be happening I am stumped. I have my AGOL writer set to UPDATE. Is there a setting somewhere I am missing?

How can I calculate a more accurate line length using a DEM?

Hi,I am encountering issues with downloading data via an HTTP call, sometimes it get's downloaded and sometimes not. I have a workspace that reads data out of SQL Spatial, reprojects it and inserts it into a series of ArcSDE featureclasses. It runs perfectly fine in workbench, however after publishing it to FME Server and running it I received the above error. Is their a way to turn off info logging on FME server. i have sql queries in my workbench i uploaded and wanted to know if i could turn off the info logging just for this workbench so the log isnt huge. When it logs the full queries it takes up space, i just want to see error, warn and fatal error messages for this one workbench

We are running FME Server 2016 on Windows Server 2008 SP2 and have found that the RealDWG writer is not supported by this. We use this for outputting data to CAD due to the basic ACAD writer having issues with block attributes. I am investigating this but if anyone knows of a workaround that would be helpful. Thanks.

Hello:  I have re-created some layers with the exact same parameters in SDE, to run a final test of some workbenches.  During execution, I get this error:  n error occurred while attempting to insert a row into the table <table> using a cursor. The error number from ArcObjects is: '-2147216072'   This seems to be not clearly documented by ESRI. Does anyone know what this could be related to?  Many thanks,

Hi I want to add a point cloud on top of another point cloud (in Z) but I can't figure out a good way to do it.I got a big point cloud (over 7,000,000,000 points) of a city and then I got a point cloud with a lot of pillars I want to place on roofs in the city point cloud. The pillar point cloud is aligned in X and Y but the Z value is way off so the pillars ends up inside or under the roofs. Is there any way to read the roofs Z value and then set the pillars Z value to the specific roof Z, or is there a better way to solve this?ThanksPhilip

Hi, got a bit of an issue updating metadata templates (json documents) using the Box.com api with the httpcaller in FME. Specifically I have some content in Box which has some metadata associated with it and it can be updated via an api call. The call needs to be a PUT and the content type needs to be application/json-patch+json as per their documentation here. Using the http caller there is no option to set this sort of content type in the 'Content type' selector in the httpcaller 'body' dialogue. Would be grateful for some ideas. I did try to set the content type by manually inserting into the header but this just returns an http 400 error.

Hello,I want to run a translation from GML to MS Spatial. There are two geometries (xml_geometry) in the feature collection feature type of my GML: TileExtent and BoundedBy. I would like to write either of them into a polygon.If I inspect my GML with the FME Inspector, neither geometry is being picked up - BoundedBy example:<gml:boundedBy> <gml:Box srsName='osgb:BNG'> <gml:coordinates>405000.00,205000.00 410000.00,210000.00</gml:coordinates> </gml:Box> </gml:boundedBy> Could you please point me in the right direction?Thanks

Apologies if this question is a bit newby...I'm only an occasional FME user...I've downloaded a zip from Ordnance Survey containing .csv files called, for example,HP40.csvHP60.csvHT82.csvHT84.csvSE00.csvSE02.csvSE04.csvSD06.csvSD08.csvTA00.csvTA02.csvI have a CSV reader looking in C:\\OS_Open_Names\\Latest_Source\\*.zip\\**\\DATA\\*.csv which will read all the .csv files.Is there a way I can update a single reader to read only the SE, SD and TA files?Thanks
