...sorry, that was too hard to resist.
There are some compression settings that you can get at either through the Navigator or off the tab in the target ECW FeatureType:
The default compression is 75.

I get a Deja's vu about this question.....it is even the same title and no explanation, just like last time.
Last time the compression setting was also mentioned.
Would be nice to know a bit more about your requirements....
