I can connect everything up but I get an error when I use either the Column Match or the Where clause options. I have multiple xml files, each with the same structure as shown below: <Metadata>   <MDI key="MAXIMUM">9</MDI>   <MDI key="MEAN">4.2018685725509</MDI>   <MDI key="MINIMUM">0</MDI>   <MDI key="STDDEV">2.3097856863945</MDI>  </Metadata>I want to create a table with using the MDI Keys as the column names, and the element values as the rows from all the xml files, as illustrated below. Can do a single file with AttributeTransposer, but could not figure out a simple way to load all the files together, feeling awkward with limited knowledge of FME XML transformers. Need some expert help here.  

I have a workbench on FME server I need to start running by calling URL through an external script. (In my case a poweshell script.) I can create all the parameters necessary to run workbench, but I need to specify which Queue or FME Server this workbench will be run on.  I have created a Job Queue with the FME Server I want to run on. When running this in browser I can use the Advanced option and select the Job Queue. This will then run where I need it to run. But I can't see a how to get this to happen when submitting through API/external script.

I am trying to write extended data attached to AutoCAD entities such as lines (DWG file format) and am not finding examples on how to do this. I'm not finding the documentation particularly helpful in this regard. Does anyone know how to do this? See image below, thanks.

Hi, I'd like to save raster to the JPEG format. The raster includes an alpha band. In order to save to JPEG the alpha band needs to be removed. When the alpha band is there the background appears white in FME Inspector. When I remove the alpha band the background turns black. That's also the background color when I save the raster to JPEG. How can I work around this problem and make the background white when I save to JPEG? With the alpha band. White background.Without the alpha band. The background turns black. I don't want that.

Do I need to refresh the "Run Workspace" action in an Automation on FME Server when I make an expression change in an Attribute Manager in the workspace? I've published the updated workspace to FME Server already. Will the Automation run the newest version of the workspace? Or do I need to make it "see" the change somehow?

HiI want to know for all records with a certain project number whether certain other attributes are the same. For example, all the records with projectnumber A97652 must have the same startdate and owner, if ist not the same then i must change the one that's different. I think i need a transformer with a group by function. I have tried the matcher but it doesn't do exactly what i want. Does anyone know wich transformer i have to use? 

Hi, I'm trying to create a single xml template that can handle dynamic attribute names. The attribute name to be used is stored in another attribute. Please have a look at how i set up the xmltemplater to write the attributes names:ROOT:<root> <a>head</a> <feat>{fme:process-features("SUB")} </feat></root> SUB:<f> <{fme:get-attribute("attr")}>{fme:get-attribute("value")}</{fme:get-attribute("attr")}></f> Where 'attr' holds the attribute name and 'value' the value.  I get the following error:The following error occurred near line 2, column 6 of the query: invalid expression: syntax error, unexpected character "{"An error occurred while parsing the 'SUB' sub-templateSo clearly this is not the way to go. Hello all, I have a table that I need to pad with missing ranges following a small, specific rule set. Lets say I have the following table (in the attached spreadsheet):I would like to result in this table, which has new rows inserted with start and end values whos ranges were not represented in the initial table. These new rows have been flagged as "free" (also in the attached spreadsheet):The knowns and the rules are as follows:The quantity of groups is not knownThe quantity of subgroups is known, in this case 1,2,3The allowed range is known for each subgroup, in this case 0-10, 10-20, 20-30As a rule, ranges should not cross subgroup boundaries (see row 9 in output table)All values from 0 to 30 should be represented in each group To simplify the example, the ranges overlap. Hi friends, how to add the display of my data to the map (for example, the outline of houses or some zones) when activating the window for selecting an area to FME Server.

As output from a workbench I get a table with some rows of data. This data is send to me via the Emailer.  I created a server app with this workbench and now want to get the information, which is send by the Emailer, directly as result in the Server app as a table (see attached image). The content of this table depends on the value of a Published Parameter. I created an image which shows the idea I have in mind:Any ideas?

I've been given a CSV file that has a mixture of line ending types, some are LF and some are CR.  The first line is blank with a LF, followed by a header line with a CR then all the data records which are terminated with LF's. The CSV reader is thinking the terminator is LF so thinks the header line is both lines 2 and 3 which is messing it up. Other than reading the file in as a whole and changing the CR to LF, saving it and reading it in again does anyone know how to read this in?

I want to make an Automation where the flow goes first trough an workspace which reads data from an database. Depending on the feature type it then goes to different Automation Writers. Each of these ports are then connected to its own workspace so it can be run parallel. Eventually they merge back to another workspace which writes back the data to the database. The problem I have now is that thousands of features reach the Automation Writer thus kicking of the next workspace thousands of time. Obviously that is not what I want. What is best practice to collect and group these features and pass them on as one feature. I tried using the Aggregator Transformer and adding the parameters to a list, but it seems that it is not supported by GeoJSON. I use FME Server 2020.2

Followed the example provided by @jovitaatsafe​, and the workflow appears to be exactly what I need to do with my data, where I have a number of points in different areas, and want to aggregate by count into hexagons.  The hexagons are also showing up in the ocean near Africa, so I'm guessing this is a map projection issue? But not sure where to resolve it exactly.

I've been sent some data - a simplified example would be like the below with XY coordinate points each with an attribute to say whether that location was covered or not. I need to create lines from these points, but I only want lines from the points that are 'Yes' covered, and each section of consecutive points that are 'Yes' covered needs to be a different line. Logically if I could ask the questions... "Are you a 'Yes' point?" and "Is the point before/after you a 'No' point?" I could find the first and last points of each line but I don't know how to do this in FME.Does anyone have any solutions or pointers?Thanks
