I have 2 Columns.First Column is the Date.The second Column has a value.I want to see for each Day in the first Column the sum of the last 7 Days.How can i do that in FME?

Hi, I am trying to essentially take one raster over another to produce one merged raster. With some simple logic if cell is present in raster B choose raster cell B otherwise A. When I do this the transformer just outputs and empty map. what am I doing wrong? Thank you

I have been building a server app that writes out an HTML that I was planning on streaming back to users. I was also planning on using an Emailer after this so was going to use a FeatureWriter with HTML output. However, I am finding that when I use a FeatureWriter for the HTML output, FME Server uses the data download service, not data streaming. But when I write the HTML out to a normal writer, the data streaming service works fine and the HTML page opens on it's own. Everything else is the same in the workspace and during publishing (with the exception of the included writers in stream, as it should be different).Has anyone else come across this? Is this a bug?I'm running 2020.0.2.1 Build 20238.

Hi, I am using the RegxAttributeSplitter. My delimiter has to be digits followed by a whitespace. I have used the positive lookahead Regex (?=\\d(\\s)) but instead of splitting the string and keeping the delimiter in the first list, the delimiter moves into the second list. I need my delimiter to remain within the first list, I thought the answer would be to use Regex negative lookahead (?!\\d(\\s)) but the negative lookahead stalls the transformer completely and produces no result. Any clues what Regex I should be using? I have also tried using Regex in the StringReplacer but no positive results here either. Hi everybody, I have written a very simple script that:Reads some ESRI-JSON placed in folder tree recursively (**/*.json)For every data which is in the same folder (= same type of data), gathers all entries in the same dataset and creates a new feature class with the name of the folder in an ESRI file geodatabase (having eliminated duplicates) Precisions:Every input json files in the same folder share the same schema. But in differents folders the schemas are not the same and there may be or not M values attached to the data. However, the field OBJECTID can always be found and that key is used to remove duplicates. Issue:I cannot find the way of setting the output port to retrieve the original schema which is the same of the JSON files the output dataset aggregates. When I check "Dynamic Schema Definition" I have no choice but to use fme_feature_type (the script fails otherwise) attribute but it represents the whole schema (since all files are ESRI-JSON); so there are lots of

Hi,I need some help with a specific fanout scenario. I already found some articles on the topic but unfortunately I cannot create the desired results. Here is what I want to to:  I have multiple input File GDBs, all with the same schema. In each GDB I want to manipulate one specific feature class and then write everything to new GDBs that have the same folder names and schemas as the inputs.  I know how to fetch multiple GDBs using a wildcard and I am also able to keep the input (feature class) schema using a dynamic writer but I don't know how to fan out the Folders. How do I fetch the input folder names (e.g. Folder1.gdb, Folder2.gdb) and use them for the fanout? Thank you for your help!

Hello, I would like to give the user the possibility to select a certain area when starting the script. The areas were previously recorded in a GDB and provided with a corresponding attribute. Furthermore a Published Parameter was configured according to the areas and their attributes.After starting the script, the user is asked which area is of interest to him and he can select it based on the predefined areas. So far this works wonderfully.My problem now is that my script only works as long as only one area is selected. If the user selects several areas, which should be possible, I do not get a correct selection. To test my result I have created a tester with the following configuration.My question now is, how can I successfully select multiple areas? Many thanks for the support.

I am utilizing FME Cloud (Server 2020) to run a regular ETL pipeline from a Firebird database using their Jaybird JDBC driver. Working with a local instance and FME Desktop seems to have no issues with connecting and running SQL statements.The database cannot have external ports opened due to sensitive data being stored within it. However, we are able to create an SSH tunnel to a jump server that is otherwise locked down which FME Cloud could then use to create a connection. Needing to keep a secure encrypted connection throughout the entire path I have managed to load some external Python libraries and establish a temporary SSH tunnel from the FME Cloud instance to the jump server for the duration of the workbench execution. I have tested this connection by using the Firebird Python library in a PythonCaller to execute an SQL statement successfully.However, when I try to use the SQLCreator or SQLExecutor with the already established to work JDBC driver with this local SSH tunnel it fa

Hello, I have some 3D Polyline (Polyline ZM) of which I am interested in the lowest/maximum height in order to be able to make a further query with this information. All polylines have a different height at each of their vertices. Is there an elegant solution in FME for extracting the min/max height of a line and then attaching it as an attribute?  Thank you very much for your support.

Hi There, I am trying to create my own folder structure with the help of this article:https://community.safe.com/s/article/create-specific-directory-structure-in-the-data-do?t=1604933837460Setting the FME_SERVER_DEST_DIR to the FME_SHAREDRESOURCE_TEMP\\myfolder still sends all the results into a fme engine folder (fme_temp/engine/fmeengines/localhost_Engine4/_auto_zip_dataset_1604932399611_14776.zip) and the download zip file still contains the standard writer folders (ACAD_1, ACAD_2, etc) and not the expected myfolder name.Another issue I have is that using the filecopy writer to copy 2 files from the FME Server resources into the data download zip file results in an empty zip file. Did anybody successfully use this method to create a custom folder structure AND copy files into it? I am trying to read an esri file geodatabase that is zipped but I get this error Geodatabase Error (-2147024893): The system cannot find the path specified.Could not open File Geodatabase dataset `C:\\Instaplat\\workspaces\\TexasWorkspaces\\INSTAPLAT_PROTOTYPE.gdb.zip' for readingA fatal error has occurred. Check the logfile above for details I have attached a workspace that produces this behavior, any help is appreciated. 

Hi!I would like to make a spatial join between two dataset. I usually use NeighborFinder but my problem is it duplicate each candidate each time a base is near. I would prefer for this time that each candidate can be used only once. So if a candidate match with a base then the candidate is not available for the others bases. In the example, the blue feature nearest the green, take the value "10" and the other blue feature, take empty value. Is it possible? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I have a Json file that i want to join to a shapefile. The json file has one row of data and i want this to be added to every row in the shapefile (the shapefile has other fields that will be updated by another shapefile).
