So I am ok with typing in the new values (2017-03, 2017-04, 2017-07, 2017-08, 2017-11) in a transformer. But which transformer do I need for this? Thanks in advance,Eva

I have a Salesforce custom object with 2 master-detail fields that both have read/write permissions. When I attempt to write to this object, I receive the "REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING:Required fields are missing:" error. The two fields referenced are the 2 master-detail fields. The fields and the data are present when the write occurs but for some reason I receive this error. Any ideas?

 We're moving a database into Azure but all of the FME Azure writers assume it's an MS SQL database, and the MariaDB writer doesn't have any SSL settings.

Getting back to my little project started here after a brief hiatus... I am having trouble making a file uploaded to the 'Resources' folder using the Javascript API the input for a workbench. Using ...FMEServer.dataUpload( repository, workspace, fileObject, session, callback);I can get the file to be uploaded to here:$(FME_SHAREDRESOURCE_TEMP)/upload/MyFolder/MyWorkspace.fmw/Now, I want to use:FMEServer.runWorkspaceWithData( repository, workspace, params, callback)to process the uploaded file but all attempt to feed in the correct 'params' is failing. The workspace is still going back to the default parameters that it was published with. Currently, I'm trying this:var params = {          { "publishedParameters" : [{ "name" : 'SourceDataset_CSV2', "value" : <resourceFolderPath+inputFileName >},{ "name" : 'DestDataset_JSON', "value" : < ?????>}],  "service" : "fmedatastreaming" };Not sure  what to put for the destination value that I'm trying to capture. Javascript API docume

I am trying to figure out on how to be able to convert points to lines using a field attribute value from the point feature class. The center would be output to the center of the point and have a length equal to the attribute value on a specifc field, half of the length to the right and the other half to left of the point. Thank you

I am trying to do an insert to CARTO table. It is mandatory to not drop the table because it is necessary anytime a table is created to make a specific SQL statement. This table just has to have the last insert values so a truncate command is required. I have tried with a SQL Executor with two statements. Truncate and Insert. What SQL Executor does is a truncate for every insert. At the end I have a table with only one row, the last value inserted. Any ideas?

When setting up an automation trigger using Amazon SQS I get the above error. Is this something anyone has seen before? It might be our firewall. We do use a proxy server that has had certificate issues before. Sometimes we have to ignore SSL warnings.

Hi everyone,  Every time I load a reader into Workbench I get an error similar to this "Workspace generation failed. Parameter file was /private/var/folders/tr/rfmmyq590j17jq9ndl8my5lh0000gn/T/FME_1635634267372_8830."  Not sure what the issue is any help would be very much appreciated.  

Hi everyone,  I'm making a workbench where I try to write to a file GDB. To be able to use a fileGBD FME needs to be able to detect a ArcGIS license.  We do have arcmap and arcgis pro, but not on the virtual machine that runs FME. Do I need to install arcmap or arcgis pro on this machine to be able to write to file GDB's ?  thanks in advance

In the JSONTemplater is there a way to cast an array of strings into an array of intergers? https://community.safe.com/s/question/0D54Q000080hA0SSAU/how-to-coerce-attribute-type-for-jsontemplater?t=1636407693748  answers the question for regular attributes   but this does not work with fme:get-list-attribute. {"ids": [(fme:get-list-attribute("_list{}.id"))] }returns {"ids": ["1","2","3"]}    I would like{"ids": [1,2,3]}  

Hello FME Community,When I write the result, I choose Fantout based on an attribute. As a result, I get my data in Folders, but I would like to get my results not in a Folders but one after the other. I want to know if there is a solution for this. (The pictures show what I get as a result and what I actually expect) 

Child workspace is using a published parameter (integer) in a RasterExpressionEvaluator.The parameter is sent from a WorkspaceRunner.Translation fails with a fatal error. From log:"2021-11-07 13:01:35|  0.5| 0.0|ERROR |RasterExpressionEvaluator_3 (RasterEvaluationFactory): Failed to parse the EXPRESSION_LIST clause. 'A[0]' was successfully parsed, but '-/10' could not be parsed. Please ensure that your syntax is correct" The evaluated expression was supposed to be: A[0]- $parameter/10, but is left blank.

I have a problem after updating FME to 2021.2.I use a txt file to get the workbench in a batch depoyment.But after i have updated FME to version 2021.2 i get a notification that the file not exist. (name of the file txt.txt) I have this problem in all my workbenches who are running in a batch deployment. i am using vector on rasteroverlayer transformer ( Lines over topological map) and also Mapnikrasterizer transformer ,i have got the output that i need but it takes long time .do we have method to increase the speed of process ? or what should i think about to reduce the time as possible and get the same output Thanks in advance FME 2018

Hi all,I've drawing as a SmartSolid in Microstation with tag attributes.But, FME recognized my solid drawing as wireframe of solid. So how can i re-solid of this wireframe? or how can i import data as a Solid? not a wireframe.I also need to tag attribute value on solid in FME. So I don't want to lose them. Thanks. 

Each month I have a spreadsheet I would like to split into several separate spreadsheets based on values in one of the columns. This column contains peoples names and I would like a spreadsheet per person to be written out. To complicate matters the values in the name column can change each month so the process would need to be dynamic. How would you achieve this in FME?

I am using FME joiner to join tables. the joined tables do not show all fields from the source table. I was wondering what could be the reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A FeatureReader typically outputs data features on defined data ports, plus the "<Schema>" and "<Initiator>" ports.I know that "<Schema>" features gets output before any data features (from that schema), but what about "<Initiator>" ?Does this feature get output at the very end, i.e. after all data (for this initiator) has been output ?If not, is there a way to initiate a downstream transformer _after_ all data has been output ?

I'm looking for some help on what I am sure is a common problem hwoever being new to the software I'm not too sure what the correct terms are. I am using the RasterTiler to split a large DEM into smaller tiles and write them to a new format. This is working fine but I would like to have the a coordinate of a corner of the raster written to the filename of the output.
