I am using a Google Drive transformer for my project, but I was considering to make the URL I use to connect to my spreadsheet, public. So, there is no need to provide my credentials or any other person credentials in the process. Is it possible to do that?

I am working with many autocad files and trying to extract data from paper space objects. The objects i am trying to extract are mtext object (of type autocad_multi_text) I am trying to match up objects that start with a specific string to objects just below them. to do this i want to use the autocad alignment_x and ycoordinates. I have enabled the feature type format attributesneeded and do see many of the attributes populated in the visual preview.but not the ones i need. I can get the coordinates using a coordinate extractor but those are the lower left and will not help me select the adjacent below text that i need. 

Hello - I have a dataset of polygons (some of which are donut polygons). Some of these polygons contain multiple parts (i.e. more than one polygon per record). When I run this dataset through an AreaOnAreaOverlayer it seems that some of the multiple polygon parts are lost. This is shown in a comparison of 'DataExtent.png' with 'AonA_Output_Extent.png'. I have tried running the polygon dataset through a Deaggregator thinking this would split records with multiple geometries in to multiple records (in case multiple polygons per record was causing an issue for the AreaOnAreaOverlayer). However the output from the Deaggregator is untouched regardless of the settings in the transformer (so perhaps these are not aggregates). Ultimately I need to run these polygons through the AreaOnAreaOverlayer but need all parts to be considered.  The data was initially stored in an Esri file geodatabase and I've also tried as a Mapinfo .TAB but am getting the same results. Hello to all, I have created with FME 2019 a CityGML file with the UtilityNetwork ADE extension. Some of the ADE feature types I am using are: Cable, ProtectiveElement, ConnectorComponent or PowerTransformer. These features have their own attributes according to the ADE specification but also, I added to them some generic attributes like: <gen:stringAttribute name="CableType"><gen:value>MT</gen:value></gen:stringAttribute>After that, I want to convert this CityGML files to other formats. To do this, I am trying to add a reader for this CityGML file (with the ADE extension), but it doesn’t recognize the generic attributes. In the CityGML reader, I have specified the parameters like that: And I I get all the feature types lo load: But when looking at the attributes of Cable for instance, I don’t see the generic ones on the list. I only see the ones from the ADE Specification: I also have tried to add a Generic reader, but the problem here is that it only identifie

I'm uploading objects to my S3 bucket using the S3Connector (Action: Upload) and I see that I can add metadata but it looks like I can't add any tags for my new object. The lifecycle rules in my bucket depend on my objects being properly tagged. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi,I'm using the FeatureWriter to export a bunch of data from an SDE FeatureReader to a shapefile format. While most shapefiles are getting created with no problems, there are a few where the attribute table cannot be read using either ArcMap or ArcCatalog. The ones that cannot be read seem to be the ones where I am using a Tester transformer to select only certain features for export.The image below shows the 3 layers that are having the problems. Other layers also use a Tester, but they also use other Transformers as well.The three that are having the issue are the only ones where there is just one Tester transformer in the 'chain'.Spatially, all the data is there, but it's just the attribute table that cannot be read. This is the error I get in ArcCatalog.

XXXV) at https://www.ogc.org/standards/sfa defines "Equals" relation with no * characters:a.Relate(b, “TFFFTFFFT”)To follow OGC specifications, shouldn't the matrix be filled up accordingly?Thank you very much

Hi all After processing we are left with ortho tiles in GEOTIFF format. The GEOTIFFS on the edge of the process area have black borders. When we process to area's next to eachother we have an overlap with the black borders.  Normally we work with jpeg2000 and I use the rasterbandnodatasetter and the rasterinterpretationcoercer to convert the nodata to an alpha band.  But now our client wants the orthophoto tiled with their specifiactions and in ECW. This is my tiling workbench. Pretty easy. The rastermosaicker groups by "naam" and puts out ECW tiles.  The result looks like this:As you can see there are black borders in the area's that overlap. What I understand is that ECW wont work with nodata and wont work with alpha band.  How can I solve this? I could convert the original geotiff files to tiff with the nodata and rasterbandinterpretation method. Once I have them I can tile them with my workbench but use a tiff writer instead of an ECW writer.After I have my tiff t

Hi Guys, is it possible to acces a view in an Oracle Spatial database by the Oracel Spatial Object reader? When I try to connect, the table list doesn't show any existing view. Hello, I'm searching for a way to obtain the external shape of a laz file and turn it into a line or polygon for and shp output.I've found something but it force me to "convert" in fme the point cloud entity to a multiple point entity. I've built an Automation to run a workspace when Server receives an email containing some key text. The problem is that the email remains in the IMAP mailbox after the Automation has run, so in 5-minutes when Server polls the mailbox and finds the same piece of email, it want to run the whole thing over again. Hi, I have X,Y,Z,R,G,B txt file that I want to convert it to RGB coloured point cloud. The Point cloud creates fine, however without RGB colour assigned to points. How to assign RGB values to point cloud based on attributes? Any help much appreciated.Thanks, M

I have points with attributes and a line. I have used the point on line overlayer to break the line at each point. however there is not a point at the beginning. I assume that is why the attribute of the point is attached to the line the point is at the end of. I need to attach that attribute to the next segment of line. in other words the begin point of the broken piece would give it's attribute to the following segment. I can think of a long way around by creating a crc with the points coords, then by getting the begin point of the broken segment and creating a crc with it but if there were any round issues it would not find it's match. Any other more elegant method anyone has used?If i simply add a point to the beginning of the line will that offset them all to the beginning?

Hi,I have a workspace which finds the shortest path using the shortespath finder transformer.For some reason this particular network it is not able to find path. I have network created from topology and it has end node and don't see any problem with the network and I have checked it many times but not able to understand why it is not picking up the route.It will be very helpful If you guys can spot the issue.Thanks for you help and time.ZubairSM

Hello all, I have a polyline layer within which each feature is made up of just two segments, and of course just three node points.I'm looking for a method to discover all polyline features that do not deviate beyond a set angle (let's say 20 degrees for arguments sake). In the image below, polyline A would pass this test, but the other two examples would fail. Can anyone provide some guidance? Thanks in advance,RB 

Hello everybody,   My problem : I have a "Description" attribute which contains text with length variable. The lenght is greater than 2000 characters. For each feature of the "Description" attribute, I want to replace all spaces after every 80 characters with "LF" (new line).   So I thank use StringReplacer to write a regular expression to calculate 80 characters intervals and identify the space after each 80 characters. Hi,I have different councils Pipe material list with a specific example of say Copper – which different council has a different way to define it.. say for example one council called it “CU”, other council calls it “COP” and some other councils call it with some other name…however, the material is the same…and in general we want to define a common name for it..... say "Copper"? Can we create a data dictionary in FME?...which can identify and recognize the correct name and replace it with a generic name?
