Hi, I have a csv file with some coordinates in the following form: Cordinaten gps longitude ; Cordinaten gps latitude 4.438.469 ; 5.186.713 How can I convert this to EPSG:28992? I've already tried the Reprojector, AttribureReprojector and CsmapAttributeReprojector but that didn't help. Thank you in advance.  Greetings, Hans

Good Morning All, I'm running FME desktop 2015 and have created 10 custom transformers (10 Canvas that i chain together in the main canvas). How do i reorder the canvas or tabs of the work bench . Currently my workbench tab/canvas order Start/Main/CustomerTransformer3/CustomTranformer2/CustomTranformer7 i want it like Start/Main/CustomerTransformer1/CustomTranformer2/CustomTranformer3 etc. Am i missing something simple ? Is the file storing the saved settings (by settings, I mean settings set in Tools > FME Options) accessible? I would like to be able to auto-apply settings using command line tools. This could adding database connections, changing the appearance, switching python interepter etc.

Hello,  We have a workspace with transform a Geodatabase file in more thant 300 dwg based on surface. When I open the dwg with AutoCAD, I have a message like below. It says that "file was written by a school version of Autocad and A text is written in the trace banner". (Print Screen 1)  THe workspace run with the version of FME : FME(R) 2018.0.0.2 (20180414 - Build 18301 - WIN64) and the version of AutoCAD I chose to write it's AutoCAD 2010  I have the same type of message with files (Print Screen 2 wrtten with FME(R) 2019.1.0.0 (20190710 - Build 19608 - WIN64). When I switch computers and open up the same workspace I get errors on the web connections. So I have to reconnect to the same AGOL feature service but on a different computer.

Hi, I'm looking for a way to automatically generate URLs for each feature in an ArcGIS Online feature service and add it as an attribute. If possible I also need the URL to zoom into the specific feature instead of opening the entire layer view. The URL will then be attached to an email body to allow the necessary people to view what feature is requiring repair. Has anyone been able to do something similar to this or have any ideas of how I can accomplish this task? Thanks!

I'm trying to read a .dgn-file with Bentley MicroStation Design (V8) reader. When i change parameter to group element by Geometry instead of Level names i get this error. Hi,I would like to break a line into segments and then assign a sequential order attribute starting at the start of the line.For example, in my screenshot, if I break the line into 500m segments, I would like section 1 to go from the start point to 500m, section 2 to go from 500m to 1000m, and so on to the end of the line.I've tried using the iterative snipper and the chopper to break the line but the problem is that they both output the line segments in a random order.Would anyone know how I might do this?Thanks.

Hi! I have this project in which there are three shp readers (Feature Merger Requestors) and one excel reader (as Feature Merger Supplier). In this excel there is an attribute in string format, that I want to have it as boolean/logical format on the shp writer. If I specify in the writer the format as "logical", it doesn't transform it, it keeps it as string (or integer, I have tried too). Is there any way to get it? Thanks!Writer Attributes:Result:

I have a block of text separated by newline characters, e.g:Some TextSome More TextEven More TextPERIOD: 01/01/1990 TO 12/12/2020What I'm attempting to do using regex is grab the entire line of text preceding the row beginning with PERIOD (i.e. "Even More Text"). In an online regex editor, the following expression successfully returns just the line containing "Even More Text":^.*$(?=\\nPERIOD)However, when I attempt to do the same in FME, it returns all lines above PERIOD. It seems as though in online editors the . includes all characters except newlines, whereas in FME it includes them? Is there a way to adjust multiline regex flags (or some other workaround) in FME to get the desired output?

I want to transform a Personal Geodatabase to a PostGIS database. In my Personal Geodatabase are Polygons (which also have multi parts). I used an Aggregator Grouped by OBJECTID of the features to create Multipolygons. Unfortunately this resulted in a geometry collection, so I used a GeometryRefiner which was suggested to me, but this only converted the Geometry collection back to Polygons. I also applied a GeometryFilter to check that there are only Areas in the dataset - this is actually true. So, how can I identify the error? And how can I create Multipolygons so that my transformation will be successful?

I have an AutoCAD file with many layers and some object data tables (ODT). FME crashes when I try to read it as a Map 3D file. I can't find out what the reason for the crash is, and it reads fine when using a regular AutoCAD reader. When I export out the objects that are just on the layers I need (most of the PR_* layers) I can then read the file as a Map 3D type. I can't tell what is causing FME to crash on the original file. I can't even read the file contents as a Map 3D type.I don't want to have to export out the needed layers all the time, what if the issue is on the needed layers next time, and I am setting up a Server app for users to use and I can't expect them to create separate files all the time.My current FME version is 2020.0.0.1 (20200316 - Build 20202 - WIN64), but I was testing an old AutoCAD file for the Server app, and it ran successfully through an older FME version back in February, but can't now.Can someone tell me what is causing FME to cra

Hi,I'm using FME 2019.1 and would like to insert an image (raster) into an DWG-file. I cannot find any detailed description regarding this and my attempts all end in an error saying 'Failed to write raster with raster reference '1', ignoring texture'.I'm using a reader to read either a GeoTIFF-, JPEG- or PNG-file and send it to an AutoCAD RealDWG writer without any transformations.Could anyone please upload an example FME-file that does this? Thanks for your help

Hi. I have seen a thread in which they explain that for converting from polygon to multipolygon you only have to choose the geommetry type in the writer parammeters (on FME2019). The thing is that I can't see that option. Is multipolygon not available on FME 2018.1? If not, how can I convert a polygon to a multipolygon? Thanks! 

Hi All,  I have a table contains 3 fields like (id, value1, value2). In that table I have some duplicate records with combination of  fields (id & value1) and the field value3 contains numeric values, these may differ or same. I have requirement like  to find the largest value record from the duplicate records of combination of  fields (id & value1).  Can any one please suggest the approach that how to find the largest value record.  Thanks, Seshu

Hi,I have an attribute (string type) with values such as 37908.907836. If I use an AtributeRounder, I can reduce it to 37908.907. That's ok. But if I convert the string type to double type, the decimals comes again... I have tried to convert first and to apply the AttributeRounder later but it doesn't work. Any suggestion? Thanks!
