I have a lot of files with different coordinate systems. However, coordinate extractor only works to get a coordinate system of a file. Is there a way to get a list of coordinate system names of multiple files in different formats (shp, tab, kmz..)

Hello, my team uses a solution called Sitetracker that works on top of Salesforce. I'd like to read data from Sitetracker and also write to it. In my FME Desktop workspace I tried adding a Reader. In the Add Reader dialog, I set:Format = "Salesforce" Dataset = URL of our Sitetracker instance "https://<companyname>.lightning.force.com/"In the Salesforce Parameters dialog I set:Host = URL as aboveUser = username of our service accountPassword = password of that service accountSecurity Token = security token provided by SalesForce emailTable List = "Quality__c" manually typed, as the ellipses show it to be stuck on loadingWhen I try clicking on the Table List ellipses, they get stuck on the Loading dialog as per this screenshot:If I manually type the name of our custom entity "Quality__c" into the Table List, then I can click "OK" on both dialogs.  If I use the URL prefixed with "https://", I get it hanging like this: If I use the URL without that prefix, I successfully can create t

Hi everyone, I'm struggling with the PointOnAreaOverlayer transformer. For some reason the transformer is not finding a spatial relationship when there clearly is one. My workspace starts out with two SQL-creators (one with geometry and one without geometry) that I merge based on a matching attribute. This works as expected. Next I filter the merged dataset based on a numeric value.After this I use a Shapefile reader and the aforementioned PointOnAreaOverlayer to count the number of points inside the shapefile polygons. No matter what I try, the results show there are no points intersecting the polygons. I've so far checked if the FeatureMerger is merging the geometry, which it is. Checked if all the inputs are in the right projecten, which they are. I am using user parameters to set the filter range and to set the overlap count attribute of the PointOnAreaOverlayer. I used fme desktop 2019my source data is fgdb with 104,073,607 (104 million +)featuresorg table shows 104073607 but only 80,900,000 records processed.there is no transformers between , reader is fgdb and writer is oracle spatial data. dont know , where was the issue. This is a silent failure of fme.no error msg. after writing the checked the counts, it was less. then i splitted the fgdb files into two part(using arcmap)then im fine. how to fix this issue? I tried to use TwilioSMSSender to send a web link text message to my mobile. The text message was http://qgsp.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=56fc6ae6f9cb4d5b8aaa554126cc50e0&find=260819MKY1 . However, the text message was always cut off by the ampersand “&”, which means my text message received was http://qgsp.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=56fc6ae6f9cb4d5b8aaa554126cc50e0 .Any suggestions will be appreciated. i would like to merge the output pdf that include image to put directly inside sheet file at excel file . Do we have method to do that inside FME workbench ? or is there a method by using python in workbench to do that?thanks in advance .FME 2018

I have a line that I try to divide in smaller parts of 5 m each. The line is is from a shapefile. When I try to use the chopper it divides the line in random parts, varying in length from 7 to 113 meter, but in not a single case in 5 meter. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the transformer?Hope someone can help.

Hi, I'm currently trying to create a line between my lines. As you see in the image, I would like to create a line in the middle of the lines that respect the angle of that group. I've tried to select the longer line of the group and move it to the center point of the group with the offsetter, but it only "offset" the line and not move to the specify coordinate. Thank you in advance

Hi I want to know why this happens so I can correct it in the feature. I attached the example file "Excel" containing only one row so you can test for yourselfs.  In Excel both coordinates have comma. When I use Excel Reader in FME it changes only attribute value for attribute aa to a dot. But for bb its still a comma.This is maybe why I cant create a point using vertex creator, even tho I use string-replacer to change both values to dot or comma it refuses to create a point. This happens fairly often so It would be nice to know what cause this issue and how I can solve it. It might be a bug or something to do with Excel. If I create a new excel file and manually enter every value then it suddenly works. But this is not something I can do with an Excel containing thousands of rows. Iam using Fme 2020.2.5.0 Build 20827 - WIN64

Hi everyone, I am experimenting with using the new BIM360 Docs transformer on Desktop to search trough a specific folder and download some files. The first step I want to perform is to use the list command in the transformer to get a list of available files so I can find the id of the files I actually want. Unfortunately I cannot get the list command to actually work. I can browse through my Hub, Project and Project Folders so I think the connection is working correctly. I have also tried the download command which is working correctly and letting me download a prespecified file. I am using FME Desktop 2021.1.0.0 and the workbench is a simple creator with Null geometry which is connected to the BIM360 Docs transformer. Action is set to List, I can select both the Hub, Project and Folder and the include subfolders is set to No. I have currently set the 'Attributes to add' to empty but this doesn't fix the error. The Error in the logfile:2021-09-17 12:06:22|   0.5|  0.0|FATAL |The below 

Hi! I need to thin out a uniform(?) point cloud where the points are spaced out evenly, the result should also be spaced out evenly. I tried the PointCloudThinner but it does not seem to do what I want. See attached pictures. The circled objects are the ones that need to be removed. I Hope I explained the problem clearly enough😊

Hi! I am working on trying to automate a fanout for individual maps based on one point layer in ArcGIS Online. The maps should show one point per PDF with parcels and streets labeled in the background. So far I have been able to have a one page write out per point feature but the scale in the PDFs is extremely zoomed out to the point where all the point features would be shown. Additionally, the parcels and streets don't show on every page unless the _order field is set to the same number as the point feature. I am new to writing out PDFs and PDF transformers. I have tried using the PDFStyler, PDFPageFormatter, both Bounding Box transformers, and the sorter so far. I have tried to use the MapFormatter and was hoping if someone could tell me if that would be my best shot at getting the scales fixed. My two questions are: How do I set the scale for each individual PDF to be zoomed in to each point feature? How do I Include the streets and parcels in the background with labels? Than

I have some simple polygons in a shapefile where, for texturing purposes, it is important where the first edge is compared to other features. I created a workspace that explodes the polygons and reorders the edges based on the other features. At this point everything looks good.However, when I use AreaBuilder to rebuild the polygons, on some (most are ok), the edge ordering is not maintained. How can I keep the edge order I want?
