Is there a way to obtain a list of unchanged values then explode the list afterwards similar to how change detector can have an output list for changed values. Below is the sample workflow I’m trying to do but for unchanged values  

Hi,I currently work with the Cesium 3DTiles writer and stumpled upon some requests asking for support for the DRACO compression.I tried to do apply the compression afterwards using ‘3d-tiles-tools’ with no luck. Hello to all,I have a problem with an IFC file where some IfcProperty are referenced by a propertySet but not defined. Then, I have a message like this : IFC: Could not find instance #245009 in the IFC file.So, my question is to know if it is possible to say to FME to continue to read the file ?Thank in advanceBest regardsBruno

Hi,I have a process that begins by going through the AttributeCreator2 transformer, but after some transformers, there is a validation. If the result is true, the features will arrive at the DateTimeConverter as shown in the image below...  I would like the process to restart at the SentinelDownloader transformer after the DateTimeConverter returns, and to consider the features with the AttributeCreator transformer only at the start of the entire process. I guess the process should work like a loop.Thanks

We have several FME based solutions - At the moment they are mixture of workspaces, CustomTransformers and formats. I guess my question is are people thinking about a package as a single tool (like a API connector) or can it also makes sense to include a number of transformers and formats in a similar way to an FME Server Project?

How can I use FME parameters to fill gaps or holes in a raster image? Please explain best methods.

Hello,I need to generate data by year (whereas I only have periods)To do this, I'll need to generate numbers between two values (typically years) to make a join with my existing data.I thought of using counter but I need input data, I just want to generate all the numbers between two values (for ex 1791 to 2024)thanks in advance for your help 

Hi  I have a shapefile representing image footprints with as attribute the image name.I have a shapefile containing multiple polygons with an attribute ‘name’ representing buffered lines. I have a workbench that selects all the image footprints per line and copies the images to a folder, fanned out with the line name. It does that perfectly, but some images exist in multiple lines and my wb only copies the image to the first line and doesn’t copy it to the other lines. How can I solve that?          

I have a client who is requesting a feature in a workbench that I am unsure how to implement for them.They have asked for an ability to select which data to run after it has been read into the workbench, preferably with a drop-down menu or a tick box. The data coming in would be a multi-site .IFC file, and they are wanting to be able to choose only a specific site and run only that data. I know that to enable that, all data would need to be read, but how do I make it so that they can then easily choose which data to run without having to modify something like a dynamic filter each time?

Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to embed a website in ArcGis Online popups but could not get it to work.I have tried the method to have an attribute with the Iframe code as some suggested in earlier version it was interpreted correctly but it seems this is not the case anymore.I have found that there’s a way to embed video for example but nothing for integrating a website. So if you have any suggestion that would be great. Hi Guys, I have recently using FME and would like to know if anyone can help me explain how to extract the polygons from a JSON file. I intend to create a workspace, but it does not extract what I need. Using FME Desktop 2023.1 I am able to use a SQL Server Database Connection (None Spatial) and ETL from database with no issue. My workspace is using ChangeDetector with two data sets original and revised. It appears that if the revised records contain two records with the same key and selected attribute and this key does not already exist in the original table then ChangeDetector will want to insert both records in the original table. This happens when the key is not already in the original table before the run. On subsequent runs, ChangeDetector finds the key and selected attribute in the original table, and it behaves as expected and does not insert a record. It treats it as an update or unchanged. I need help performing bulk feature service updates using FME.I would like to do what this blog post is doing, under the section "Updating AND Deleting Database Records with FME" but I can't recreate the steps with a feature service in Portal since there is no Row Selection option in these writers. The blog has steps to write to another geodatabase.Essentially, I need to update floorplans data by deleting the old version of the floor plan in the feature service and replacing it with the new floorplan data.The updated floorplans data exist in a geodatabase and it is used to update a feature service in Portal via ArcGIS Pro.Right now, I manually select all the floors that match the LevelID (unique ID we use for each floor in a building) in the update layers.Then, I delete all the features that match and insert the new features into the feature service, using the field mapper to populate necessary attributes.Any advice or help is appreciated. Using FME 2021, and 2023 SQLExecutor, I am running a simple query to return data from a non spatial table in SQL Server, but I am getting an empty column in return The number of rows are exactly 145 and SQLExecutor result is showing that but the visual Preview just showing an empty column (again with correct 145 rows) I even added a AttributeManager to script but same result is happening Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong here?

Hi,I am trying to write a DWG file with the units set to US survey feet. I can’t get it to work, its is in completely the wrong spot. I’m not entirely sure you can, but I’m not enough of and expert with FME (or US survey feet).Looking at the help file for my FME version (2023.2) it doesn’t have us survey feet as a possible unit to set the insertion units to.I have the unit set in a template file and that doesn’t help when the help says it should use this when I don’t explicitly set it.I am writing to a 2018 DWG (as that is the newest). I know for older versions of DWG you could not set US survey feetDoes anyone have any ideas? Surely US survey feet is a more common unit than the parsec for a DWGThanks

I have created over 200plus parameter fields and the alignment is off but can’t edit them. Not sure how to do this. I’m new to FME Workbenches and can’t see a way to update this. I’m using the CAT so that these fields can be ran into ArcGIS Pro. I have a huge workbench and not sure what to do next. I would love any help.

Hi All,I have successfully created a workflow that populates an empty template GDB with a relationship class (1 to 1) pre-created in ArcPro. The workflow works fine but I’m thinking to publish the same data onto our Portal for GIS platform to avoid the manual process of publishing the GDB through ArcPro.As far as I’m aware, FME will not create the relationship class and I was thinking to upload an empty template GDB (with 1 to 1 relationship class already created) to Portal for GIS and then point my FME to the feature hosted layer and fill the layer with the data,I have done some basics tests but can’t see that the relation class 1:1 works fine in Portal for GIS (even the empty template has set up correctly the relation)Does anyone have some experience publishing data onto Portal for GIS (or AGOL) with relationships?Any ideas more than welcome,

Hello, I would like to automate a process on IFC files analysis in order to generate an Excel report per IFC file. To do this, I use the workspacerunner by giving a directory which contains all the IFC files to analyze. But I can't write Excel files in this same directory. I created an attribute containing the target directory name, but I cannot give it to my "destination data" transformer.How is it possible to customize the "destination data" transformer ?Thank in advanceBest regardsBruno
