Firstly, I have 10 .gml files and want to convert these files to cesium 3d tiles, then want to show this model with cesiumjs. However, in result of my workflow, I got several errors and warnings.1- I want to show my workflow in FME :2- I want to share errors which I get :Finally, This workflow has been completed, and then b3dm file and tileset.json have created. However, tileset.json file has created erroneously. For example, bounding volume is not created correctly.3- I got screenshot in order to examine:I want to complete these steps efficiently.Which transformators should I use in this workflow in order to complete and visualize buildings? Hello,I would like to make an FME Server app which allows the user to download data from Resources folder from FME Server (these files are html files generated by another automation).Now, in my workspace I am using "Directory and Files pathnames" to get the path to all these .html files located in different folders. I am blocked now because I have no idea how to continue my workspace to download the files. Any ideas? Thank youNicu

I see that the data is written correctly when used or when I see SQL Developer, when showing that a resource is not designed by ArcGIS, but it shows that a resource is not designed correctly and does not open in ArcGIS, what will be done?   Thank´s

I'm looking for the FME transformator equivalent to QGIS Minimum Bounding Geometry in order to extract the orientation (azimuth) of the feature shape. This topic is not relevant as it refers only to hull because the concern is about the angle of bounding rectangle, i.e. main direction of the geometry (polygon).

Hello there we are using the staticImageFeatcher transformer in order to get a satellite image that fit the bounding box of vector the bounding box changes based on each vector's data is there any way to extract the right value for the  Height/width in the image to set the parameter of the staticMapfetcher dynamic? Thanks 

I am using FME 2021.2 with a PostGIS reader and an XML Templater and XML Formatter to write an XML output file. This works fine, but the coordinate X/Y output appears in scientific notation as below: <Vertex>  <X>2.010340655257836E6</X>  <Y>6.7378739141772166E6</Y> </Vertex>I have tried all kinds of different things, however I can't get FME to format the output they way I want it like below:    <Vertex>      <X>2010340.655257836</X>      <Y>6737873.914177217</Y>    </Vertex>This code fragment in the XML Templater works:<Vertex> <X>{geom:get-x-coord()}</X> <Y>{geom:get-y-coord()}</Y></Vertex>This does not:<Vertex> { let $l := geom:get-x-coord() let $r := @Format(%.2f,$l) return $r }</Vertex>I can't figure out how to pass the X value above into the format function, or find another workaround.

I have a centerline for a river (2d) and some nearby measurement (3d-points). I want to single create a 3d line that takes the z-values from point within a distance of 100m. So far I tried chopping up the line using the pointOnLine-overlayer, but I can't transfer the z-values nor relevant attributes. I tried several approaches, like deconstructing the line into points, but I feel I am missing something crucial. Does anyone have a solution or some advice?

I am trying to export an Esri geodatabase as ifc using some of the transformers provided in a tutorial for DWG to ifc but I end up with ifc file that has no geometry stored.

Hi There, I have a workbench that sends an email 24 hours after a certain event occurs. However, the email gets sent everytime the workbench runs and I do not want to spam people, so I only want to send ONE email every 24 hours --but I want to be able to run the workbench often (to check for new events and send out email reminders after 24 hours to those people). --How can I check to see if an email has ALREADY been sent out? That way I only send them ONE email per time period (24 hours in this case) even if the workbench runs many times per day? THANKS FOR ANY HELP HERE! Lewis

Hello everyone, I have a licensing question and I find the online documentation not so clear on that topic.  I need to use an ESRI SDE writer on FME server. It is not clear to me what I need to install on my FME Server to make it work. What Kind of license do I need (ArcGIS pro standard, advanced, ArcGIS server, ...). Do I need to have the heavy client installed on the machine or an ESRI license server is enough ? And where do I need to install it (on the core machine, on each engine,…) ? The FME Server is a 2020.0.0.1 Build 20202 - win64.  Thanks for your support.

Hi There, I am reading from a csv column in which the hours and minutes are spelled out as a string, and I want to calculate the total minutes value. So I created a series of new columns in Attribute Manger and used some Regular expressions to isolate the components of the string. However, when I use the Multiply function against a zero value in the string, I do not get zero. And as we all know zero times any number should always equal zero. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? (I have attached my workbench for reference). THANK YOU!

Hi list.I have a rather large list of choices with aliases, that I need to present to a workspace user when run. The dialog includes a button called "Import", and so I expected it to be able to read a database view with the choice values. But alas no, it reads nothing. Even though I tried to name the two view columns "Display Name" and "Value", the choice dialog remains empty.There is no immidiate help for this, so I'm asking here instead.What are the possibilities and caveats of using Import/From Dataset when populating a user parameter (type choice with alias) ?I'm using 2020.2, but it's the exact same in 2022.0.

 I am able to connect to AWS S3 in the Automation connection I have set up in FME Server. The FME Server Log shows the error to be with the Python module 'fmepy_amazons3' not being found when it is trying to connect to S3 in the readI have tried setting the python interpreter for the workspace to Python 3.7 and republishing, rerunningI have tried restarting the FME Engines Thank you for any insight or troubleshooting steps you have to offer! I have a support case started but wanted to also reach out to the community. 

I've been searching everywhere and coming up empty. I'm loading data from a SQL Server database that users can use to store images as well. The image is stored in a field called "photo" and it is stored in base64.  You can see an example of the base64 data that's being stored in the field (attached). Using online tools and copy pasting the contents of this base64 data does render a png image, however, I cannot get FME to convert it into something that I can export to a folder or even store as a regular raster in the table. Wondering if anyone can provide some clarification. Every base64 image starts with the following: data:image/png;base64,I tried trimming that bit and taking just the encoding and running it through a text decoder. In the "character encoding for binary data" I chose "Binary (fme-binary)". Then i used an attributefilewriter to write the data into a folder. However, the resulting images cannot be opened using any image viewer.Any help on this matter would be appreciated

Hi.I've just finished a new install of FME Server 2022.0.0.2 on Windows Server 2019, and when I browse the management webinterface, I get the ugly Java exceptions below. Either one shows up when I refresh.What is causing this ? Looks like a Tomcat issue, but how to fix that ?I've made some small modifications post-install (not Tomcat), but all 4 services are up and running.Cheers

I don't really want the user to have to download a text file containing the information, then have to open it to find out the answer. I'm hoping to be able to present this to them via the apps webpage but I can't find out how to do this. Is it possible? Do I need to do something with the HTML writers? Thanks,Dave
