Hello,

I want a trigger in FME Cloud with an Emailer 24h/7. When I receive an email, I run a process. If I receive no email within an hour, do I still need to pay for that hour of instance running, even if I ran no process?

FME Cloud pricing is based on the time that the instance hosting FME Server is turned on, not whether FME Server was actively processing jobs during that time. So yes, if your instance is running 24/7 you'll be charged 24 hours each day.
