FME 2015 fails to write to ArcObjects FileGeodatabase

This is the second time I report this issue without any solution from FME safe, the issue here is in writing to “FileGeodatabaseArcObjects” after upgrading to ArcGIS 10.3.

 

FME safe keeps saying that the FME 2015 is fully compatible with the ArcGIS 10.3, but in the realty it’s not, trying to use the ArcObjects writer fails to write geodatabases after upgrading to ArcGIS 10.3 while it used to succeed in ArcGIS 10.2.2., so each time I try to use the ArcObjects writer my workbench fails and shows the following massage.

 

 

“the Esri Product license used by this machine does not include licenses for the 'ArcInfo' licensing level

 

Unable to perform licensing related tasks. Please ensure that ArcGIS is correctly installed

 

A fatal error has occurred. Check the logfile above for details”

 

 

Knowing that my ESRI license type is Advanced, as well writing to a shapfile for the same workbench works will. So what is the issue here.
