Same issue - seems that the articles are still rolling out or there is an issue with the permissions.
Canada is still asleep so I guess we might need to wait a few more hours before they can address the issue

It looks like Canada is still asleep (or involved in Christmas parties) since I do not find a public link to this announcement.
And I would like to share this with our IT admin, who does not have a safe account…
Can this be fixed please?
