Option for Windows instance (presumably for more $) to support capabilities not supported on Linux (e.g. Autodesk DWG OD Reader).
Add Checkboxes for ...PropertyExtractor transformers, so you only get those attributes you really want. Default all are turned on. Good example is GeometryFilter
Have a way to export a script summary to various spreadsheet formats: Report - Total readers + feature types + attributes - Total Writers + feature types + attributes - Any extra information required by the script Have a way for the script to do a pre-check on those datasets to ensure anything marked 'essential' or 'required' is present and available, otherwise it will start/not start depending on what the user presets as an action on fail or success.
AnchoredSnapper: control to output Anchor/Candidate/both attributes and how to resolve conflicts. Instead of always output all and every attribute. (Anchor attributes are often unnecessary, the objects are for snapping only.)
Allow Conditional Breakpoint clause (a.k.a. Inspection Points) to use Parameter value as comparison to Attribute Value.

The ability to differentially correct GPS data by connecting to the NGS CORS stations would be a huge time saver in terms of post processing GPS data. Currently, using mapping-grade units one must use proprietary software (i.e. Trimble) to connect to CORS and differentially correct the GPS data. If one could download the raw data (via FME) and also differentially correct (via FME) data from said mapping grade devices (i.e. Trimble GeoXH, Leica Viva's, etc...) mapping and possibly survey grade workflows could be COMPLETELY automated. In the oilfield (seismic surveying), this level of processing would save significant amounts of time and money. Would be worth an additional conversation to elaborate on.
File Geodatabase version choice.If I have ArcViewer v10.2 installed, it would be great to be able to set scripts, when using that license to write File GDB's to choose what version to produce from 9.3 - 10.0 - 10.1 - 10.2I'm not sure if ESRI has this ability in their software though. We have to worry about backwards compatibility for clients using the exported data.
For the IFC and Revit reader add the option to distinct between true attributes and settings/parameter properties. Now it is often hard to distinct between both.
Rather than having them as separate transformers, just have these as "decorations" on links (or ports). Con: the new Run With Inspection effectively does this with Inspectors everywhere automatically.
DateFormatter transformer with a regex preview read of first record. And date formats suggestions by writer target fieldtype e.g. JSON or Oracle timestamp out
Have the workspace description meet ISO 19115-1 so it can be searched by the metadata in the description and as a service end point
(basically copy Raster Calculator from ArcMap)

It would be very welcome to have a loop transformer (or port on a transformer) on the regular canvas, outside of a Custom Transformer
Imagine a transformer connection similar (or let's be honest, exactly like) the ArcGIS model builder "pre-condition" connection. The reason being is to force with 100% surety that certain features will arrive or pass before being sent/started. Ordering the Readers doesn't help when there are memory intensive operations which slow the first swim lane down and the second swimmer still "wins." A simple, "hey, I know you're fast and all just hold on until you receive all features from 'pre-condition' condition would be a quick fix.
Easily pan to transformer, show all links between selected transformers and allow fast navigation.
