What the differences between guest and fmeguest users
For Example, When I share a resources -Temp resources, I see two users related to guest: guest and fmeguest, one of them is under fmeguest role which is the fmeguset, but when I go to user management section I see the guest user but it take the behavior of fmeguest user since it under the fmeguest role!
This confuse me when working on permissions and sharing resources!
So, What the difference between those two users?

guest is a user, fmeguest is a role (a group of user privileges).
A user can belong to one or more roles and privileges are provided to roles.

Yes @erik_jan I know the difference between the role and the user... but the guest is a user without role, so how I can manage my permission in this case?

In FME Server 2019 (and that seems to be what you are using), you can also give permissions to single users. Like in this image to a resource folder:
I would, even if it is possible to give privileges to users, prefer using the roles as that is easier to maintain.
