Rajib, You cannot download GoogleMaps as per the usage policy. You can publish your data using FME to one of the GoogleMaps API supported formats.

So, as @srg says, you're not allowed to download Google Maps tiles. You can download tracks and other data that you've published yourself on the Google Maps platform, but not the background maps or photos themselves.
