After setting up HTTPS, I am getting 'Error Submitting job' message. The FME Engine log contains: FME Engine failed to register with FME Server 'localhost' on port 7070. Maximum number of allowable FME Engines reached

In the list of engines, there is only 1 engine.

I have followed the following steps and the certificate generated looks fine i.e. no errors on the browser.

Any suggestions ?
