Hi, I have 2 inputs(shp) using it in AreaOnAreaOverlay transformer where I want to have output from both the readers but, it is always coming from either of them. Is it about which transformer is connected first to the transformer or added first or something else. I am not getting it the right way. Need expertise!

If you want to have attributes from both features you need to use the Attribute Accumulation Mode "Merge Incoming Features" rather than "Use Attributes From One Feature"
If your two inputs contain attributes with the same names, you may be better generating a list and then using that to create the final output you want
