What url should I use to access this wms via FME.

Do you have an idea of the problem?

It could be a permissions/proxy issue - I'm able to connect to that url with no issue using the WMS reader

Maybe try to specify the version (1.3.0), i.e
it was effectively a problem of proxy ... I make some modification and it works thank you very much.
