While waiting for the Italian coordinate systems to be included in the base library, I would like to share the customised coordinate system to define the following reference systems:

  • Datum “Rete Dinaminca Nazionale 2008”
  • RDN2008 (LL) EPSG:6706
  • RDN2008 / Italy zone (N-E) EPSG:6875
  • RDN2008 / Italy zone (E-N) EPSG:7794
  • RDN2008 / UTM Zone 32N EPSG:7791
  • RDN2008 / UTM Zone 33N EPSG:7792
  • RDN2008 / UTM Zone 34N EPSG:7793

Here is the definition to be copied into the file

Hello pdorio,

thanks for your post. I have the same problem, I have to add the coordinate system for EPSG 6875 in FME and I never did before.

I used your previous post on the same topic : Mistakes by configuring a new Custom Coordinate System mRDN2008 (ETRF2000) Italy zone (N-E) EPSG:6875] | Community (safe.com) 

But I have seen that if I add the coordinate system and I perform a reprojection the result, compared with Qgis, is different. Looks like that In FME after a reprojection a shift is created. So, I assume that I did some error.

Please, can you explain me how to add the new code created by you to have a good result.
