This week my AutodeskBIM360DocsConnector stopped working and I am no longer able to read data or browse through the hub. It still works fine to authenticate in the web connection. Is there a way to troubleshoot the connection in the transformer? Seems like nothing is logging in the log window

Turns out that https://www.FMEBIM360DocsConnector/oauth is no longer a valid callback URL

We experienced that every once in a while the redirect uri in the webconnection resets to https://www.FMEBIM360DocsConnector/oauth where we had it configured to localhost. It is important that the redirect uri is the same as defined in the autodesk forge settings. (Options, Web Connections, Manage Services..., safe.autodesk-bim360docs.Autodesk BIM360 Document Management, Redirect Uri)

With other web services the preferred route is to duplicate and edit the web service. But somehow this does not work for the BIM360 Connector. We suspect updating the package partly overwrites the web service.

We submitted a case for this, but it hasn't been resolved yet as far as I know.

Thanks, Might be that its something similar for me. But in my case it is suppose to be https://www.FMEBIM360DocsConnector/oauth , and for some reason that url is not valid anymore on our ACC site. Anyway, doesnt matter what I use for callback, still doesnt work

Looks like www and uppercase letters is no longer allowed as a callback URL on Forgeimage
