Insert the official Italian Coordinate System RDN 2008 in the native srs database

With the following ministerial decree, Italy formalised RDN2008 as the new official reference system.

It would be appropriate to include the EPSGs referring to the RDN2008 datum natively in the software, in order to avoid Italian users having to write the definition of reference systems by hand.
