Currently the VariableSetter/Retriever can be used to set/retrieve just one global variable. It would be more convenient if multiple variables could be set/retrieved at once.

+5I was wandering if its possible to send lists as a variable as a way of sending sets of data across a workbench, but I haven't been able to get that working. My main gripe with variables in FME is that the retriever doesn't always work but it isnt clear as to why?
+1Agreed, VariableRetreiver should be able to address multiple variables and have a contextual drop-down list of available Variables, just as Attributes do in all transformers.
