Translation fails when FME cannot delete temporary files

A

I am running a translation in batch and it is failing when it attempts to cleanup temporary files. Is there a setting that will allow it to continue when this is encountered?

 

ERROR |Failed to delete the following files: 'D:\\Projects\\temp\\fctspatrel1688832115746_12608_1'. Please ensure that the files are not in use and that you have sufficient privileges to delete them.

I have not seen this before, but my first guess would be a file scanning system, like a syncing system of a virusscanner, is reading the files while workbench tries to clean them.
