Is there a way to give the end user more than one option for the fme app uploaded data;

Hi All,

Is there a way to give the end user more than one option of the data he wants to attach in the fme server app?

For example, I want to have 2 options (Feature class, and shape file) as the input of my buffer app, How I can do that at the level of workbench and to be reflected to the app

In other words, can I have a multiple format reader in the workbench to be published into fme server?

Thanks in advance

Lubna

Hi @lubna_najeh

Have you tried to add two different reader (fgdb and shape) and set for each one a published parameter as optional?

Thank you @giosp I tried your suggestion but unfortunately it didn't work with me..

I found something which is a generic reader that accept any format, and it works fine with me

Best,

Lubna

Could you please provide screenshots on how this can be performed, Lubna?
