Do you mean dropping the table or deleting the rows of the table?
The former I'm not sure is possible directly. I guess you will need to use a Python Script using the "arcgis" module to achieve that.
The other option can be achieved by using the "Truncate table" option of the Writer.

I need to delete the table, not just delete rows, I believe that the option of using python is the best one at the moment. Thanks for the idea
