OLD CSV reader fails in 2013 SP4

When I go to run my scripts written in earlier versions the csv reader fails all features, but wastes time reading them all with no errors.

After fiddling around for half a day I found a workaround. Delete the old reader and add a new one with the same parameters. Just saving the workbench in the new format is not enough.

So I will have to edit every single script written that uses a CSV reader. Not Happy.
