Question

I am using Data Interoperability Extension for ArcMap, and just upgraded to ArcMap 10.8.1. When I try to run my tool, it won't connect to our database and I get an error message. "unable to read file from..." it's looking for the 'fme_publicKey.fm

The folder that should be containing the .fmeks file has .jceks files. Everything was working correctly before I upgraded to ArcMap 10.8.1. Error message is attached.

Hi @pamela_locke , this is a known issue as mentioned here

Can you try the steps mentioned in the article above?

Please keep a backup copy of the folder or at least the *.jceks files before trying those steps.

If you are still having an issue, I can help you via support ticket as I would require those files.

Hi again - what do we do with the default path doesn't contain any .jceks files? Trying to use data interoperability extension on a different computer and I can't find those files anywhere.....
