ArcGIS Online Feature Service Writer: Could not connect to server. Check that you are connected to the internet and that no firewall is blocking outbound connections. Looks like something is getting hung up with the feature service in AGOL.

Solution:

  1. Shut off FME scheduled job
  2. Rebuilt the index on the feature service
  3. Disabled edit on feature service
  4. Enabled edit on feature service
  5. Turned FME job back on
