Try delete the licenses directory. It's located in your FME install directory. Commonly:

C:\\Program Files\\FME\\licenses

Then run the licensing assistant again.

Try delete the licenses directory. It's located in your FME install directory. Commonly:

C:\\Program Files\\FME\\licenses

Then run the licensing assistant again.

You might also have to delete the following directories, if they exist - depending on your version of FME Desktop:

C:\\ProgramData\\Safe Software\\FME\\Licenses

C:\\Users\\<username>\\Documents\\FME\\Licenses

Edit: See also this Knowledge Center Q&A; for a more extensive list and Linux / macOS locations.. https://knowledge.safe.com/questions/36429/where-does-fme-desktop-licensing-assistant-create.html
