XML Parser error: 'Error in input dataset:'XML-Document-Stream' line:1 column:1 message:invalid document structure'

Hello!

I am new in FME and I have some errors when I try to use a reader (IMSpoor Reader PGT 123.0.1 - previously installed with FME). The error message says "XML Parser error: 'Error in input dataset:'XML-Document-Stream' line:1 column:1 message:invalid document structure".

Do you have any suggestions to solve this?
