I am trying to create a single ArcGIS Enterprise Feature Service that contains multiple layers using the Feature Writer transformer using the ‘Esri ArcGIS Feature Service’

If I run it for a single layer, it works fine but as soon as I try for multiple layers, it fails with an error message.

“No layers/tables are found matching the name ...”

Are there settings that need to be enabled to allow it to write multiple layers or does it only work for a single layer?

What version FME do you use?

I have no definite solution, but if you are able, I would try to use 2025.2 and see if the problem goes away. There were several fanout issues in the earlier 2025 versions and we recently upgraded server to 2025.2 because one of them.

Fixed 25630

MultiWriter: writer fanout only writes out first shape file with FME 2025.1

This was not only affecting shapefiles.
