Where can I get the NZVD2016 vertical datum grid

Land Information New Zealand have published NZVD2016 quasigeoid, a grid suitable for conversion between ellipsoidal and orthometric heights. Can we get this grid for use with FME?

Esri has created a grid usable within FME for vertical datum conversions. You can download the grid from:
