Hello @xukaitap​, thanks for posting to the FME Community! May I ask what version of FME Form you're currently using? (Help > About FME Workbench). Unfortunately, I suspect you're hitting a known issue with the shapefile writer (where it would add a Q_ prefix to attribute names in different system locales) in FME 2022.2.3. This issue has recently been fixed in the 2023.1 beta (see Downloads Page). Please let me know if you're unable to upgrade at this time, or if upgrading does not resolve the issue!
