Take a look at the What's Great page for FME 2013.

I'll wait while you do that..........

Done? OK, which of the new functionality are you looking forward to the most?

Splash Screen? All the references to FME 2012? :D

Seriously, I'm excited to get my hands on a new version of Server 2013.  The AD integration in 2012 rocks in its simplicity, but doesn't allow me the granularity of control over the UI that I require. Also, firing off new jobs after job completion should be easier (I hope)

Cool that you've implemented bulk insert into SQL Server; I remember that you had pretty amazing performance improvements with the MySQL provider over high-latency connections doing something similar a number of years ago.

Oh, and all of my PRs that you're rushing to get into 2013 but haven't written about yet!

All listed in the article are great, especialy:

1) GeometryValidator and Chopper transformer

2) smart delete

3) Quick Add Tab Mode. (but I cann't use the TAB key to comfirm adding transformer anymore, hope could add an option let user change the key)

besides I wish:

1) FME Objects Python API get better, add more classes so can handle more FME geometry types.

2) workbench could deal more GUI directives in https://safe.secure.force.com/articles/FAQ/FME-GUI-Directives

(maybe all they can be done already, just I don't know how...)

Last, new FMEpedia Community is cool.

Thanks Safe Software.

Yikes! Thanks Jason. It looks like I really don't know which year it is. Or will be. I'll fix all those bad references.

The "smart" delete feature. Will save a lot of time remapping to the output.

Rejected Ports and GeometryValidator are big improvements. Also been waiting for an update of the DateFormatter for a while - hoping it will work with UK/EU date format now.
