i made a tester to snap line to frame,
but how to snap polygons to that frame, because anchor snaper failed in process.. i try build lines from polygons, but problem is in the donut polygons, they dont build all polygons..

which "snapping type" have you configured for the AnchoredSnapper? You might have to use Segment snapping (FME 2014+ only) if the vertices of the polygon and the frame are too far apart.

Hi, i made a workbench doing that.
It snaps a polygon wether its donut or not, to targetpolygon by 1 vertex.

Hi Nika,
I only have fme 2013 and 2014 available.
I made a print with all the annotations opened.
Should be easy to make a 2012 of it, it's only slightly different form yours, mainly concerning the donuts.
