Best answer by gerhardatsafe

The S3Connector is released for FME 2019.0 and the recommended transformer to interact with S3 going forward.

S3connector was released in FME 2018. Still waiting for it. Did it get lost in translation?

Hi @sigtill, thank you for your post. The S3Connector was introduced as a beta feature in FME 2018.0. We found that the S3Connector was not up to our standards to ship to our valued customers. We have since removed the transformer. I'm sorry if you were hoping to leverage the transformer in new FME builds.

As with all beta features and beta versions of our software, they are not considered production-safe and should be incorporated into your workflows with consideration and testing.
