I don't know why the point on the same side of the centerline some show left and other show right
I have attached the workspace if some can help to understand this

Hi @boubcher
I checked that your Source Roads has a micro line - so I used the transformer LineCombiner before the transformer LeftRightSpatialCalculator.
After I did run the Workspace the resultas was correct: all points are Right position - once that the first vertice of line is here:
