I am trying to merge two TIF files using the RasterMosaicker, but for some reason all it writes is the first file, not the merged files. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have not uploaded the TIF files because they are 380MB each, but anyone wanting to test it can access them at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1T_lRY4zRAJDSOYRAaqic4bHLwoe4VGfT?usp=sharing.

It looks like both are getting mosaiced but for whatever reason, the second is getting fully created or displaying

I wonder if what should be the transparent component of one is overwriting the data component of the other?

I'm not too sure to be honest. i wouldn't think so but i don't work with imagery very often.


Yes it's very odd. QGIS can merge them without this issue, but the visual quality of the merged data leaves a little to be desired.
