I have two datasets that are in two different projections and am trying to figure out if it is possible to undertake spatial intersection functions like spatialfilter. Do I need to re-project one or both datasets or is there a way to have FME to reproject on the fly?

I answered my own questions and yes I needed to use the reprojector and it worked perfectly, once I got the projections correct :)
