I have a task microstation 3d model building to shape file. buildings are generated from las data.

 

 

Above shown building converted from dgn to shp which is looks fine.

 

 

But, below show screen shot there is a wall polygon below roof. need to remove.

 

is there any soultion. Please suggest...
