Hi all,

I have 3d geometries of building roofs, a DHM an an ortho.

I'd like to apply the clipped image of the ortho to the building and then extrude it down onto the dhm.

I've managed to do so using a tingenerator for every building and then a textureadder.

In parallel I have created an extrusion of the buildings and the two together look good.

The only problem is that my approach to use the 2-5D building roof outlines as breaklines to generate a TIN don't work with donuts. the tingenerator creates a tin inside the donut hole.

Is there another way to create faces from my 2.5d building roof outlines?

The facereplacer only works on exact planes, which means that the coordinates of the roof have to be aligned in a plane (I hope this is the right word? I mean plane like in planar ... not the flying transport mode)...

Only 20% of my buildings have a plane roof, for the other ones it does not work.

Thanks a lot for your inspiration :-)

Best regards

Jeff
