No Admin > Services option in build 2019.0.0.1?

Hi,

We have installed FME Server build 2019.0.0.1.

I want to adjust the download url pattern using Admin > Services.

The installation document does refer to the option here: https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Server_Documentation/AdminGuide/Changing-Web-App-Server-Host-Name-Port.htm

But the option is not present in the Administrator interface. See screenshot below. Have I missed something or is there another way to configure this in FME Server 2019?

It should be under System Configuration -> Networking, looks like the documentation should be updated.
