My "Message" type user parameter does not appear in my FME Server workspace after publishing. Should it appear? If not, is there another way to add instructional text to my workspace/workspace app?

You may want to include the version info for your Desktop and Server installation for this type of question.
That said, you can include quite a lot of descriptive text in the Server App configuration, see https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Server_Documentation/WebUI/Workspace-Apps.htm

Hi @david_r. I'm running 2021.2 for Desktop and Server. I'll check out the Server App config options. Thanks.
