Modifying a table through FME - Excel

I did

tutorial example: Transpose a Table Using FME. Is it possible to further modify

the table according to the images below, please?

Basic table The table I want, if possible to create in FME

Values could be

"x" or any other.

You can refer the number of line in Excel [output].
