Measurement tool not working in Data Inpector with WMS background

When I'm using this WMS service as background map in Data Inspector (FME 2018, build 18284) the meausurement tool does not seem to work. I can click and drag all I want but it's not showing any results.

I think it's something specific to this service, other WMS'es don't seem to have this issue.
