I think this is something you should report to the support team - either through your local reseller or via safe.com/support - because I doubt there's much anyone here could suggest when it fails with an error like that (basically if something is a crash rather than a particular use case, let Safe know directly).

Really? I'm sorry we've been sending you back and forth. Normally for something that crashes like this it should be a support case because there's not much anyone here could do. I've just filed a case on your behalf, so someone from support should be in touch shortly. I'll also follow up with them as to why they suggested posting here.
