In the Manage Automations page I can select and automation and then select Actions, but the Trigger Automation item is greyed out. Do I have to trigger each schedule in the automation manually?

Is there a way to trigger ALL of the schedules in an automation to run?

The Trigger Automation option is only available for automations that are running and have a manual trigger in them (i.e. mainly for testing purposes).
Normally, automations will trigger when they are running (green check mark) and whatever trigger condition(s) are set up occur.
